Strategic Planning Underway
The FOESP Board recently held a retreat to discuss a new strategic plan for the organization. The planning session was facilitated by Tom Romito. We’ll be discussing the strategic plan at our monthly board meeting, which will be held this Tuesday, April 24th, 5:30pm at Latitude 41n, 5712 Detroit Avenue. Next steps include refining our mission statement and continuing to engage key stakeholders.
